Newbie from Oz
Hey guys,
Just introducing myself as another newbie. I've been DE shaving for the past 6-8 months and now want to step up and learn to shave with a straight.
I'm looking forward to it, and gaining great insight and info from you guys and this forum.
Hopefully I'll have a face left after my first try.

G'day & Welcome Aza.
Good luck with the first. The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Thanked: 132Welcome to SRP, Aza.
Do you already have a straight shaving kit assembled or still in the looking stages? As previous members have stated, certainly enjoy the wiki section, there is an immense amount of resource material there...especially take a look at the equipment to avoid.
Thanks,
Mac

Thanks guys. McWolf, no I haven't assembled my kit as yet. But have been reading the Wiki page, watching video's and reading various razor reviews. I think my brain is going to explode!!
I already have various creams and brushes from DE shaving. I'm comfortable with my current prep, however that may need some adjusting. Do you have any recommendations?
