Thread: hair prep

this question is dedicated to all those who shave their heads with a str8.
knowing that beard prep is 75% of the shave, how or what does one use to prep the scalp hair for shaving, to make them soft and pliable, and easier to shave. when i str8 my head, i feel like im trying to cut down a few trees

I would think what's good for the beard is good for the hair, but I don't headshave.
