    Default Nice to know all of you!

    Good morning, well at least it is in my end of the world
    Just wanted to say hello to everyone, i've been lurking around the threads here for awhile and have found alot of useful information from all of you.
    I started out about a year ago using a DE but always had the hankering to try out a straight. Recently picked one up on a trip and with about 5 shaves under my belt and only about 1 knick each time I can say I will never go back.
    Any one who tells you they can get a better shave because they have 4 or 5 blades in a cartridge has never felt the power of 1 good blade!
    This is a truly great group from what i've seen so far! Keep up the great work

    Welcome to SRP! All of us here basically started out like you; first lurking, seeking & gathering info, then signing up, all the while still gathering useful info and learning some tricks of your own. Later as you become more proficient you pass info on to other newbes that were once in your shoes. We are all just one big (worldwide) happy, clean shaven family helping each other on our journey. I don't think you will find a finer bunch of folks than the members here on SRP, when you need help someone is always more than eager to lend a helping hand.
