Well, today was my first shave. Not bad.
I read on this site that its not good to shave your whole face on the first try, just start with sideburns. It feels so much better than a normal razor that I could not resist the feel of the razor on the rest of my face. I only tried WTG and a little ATG on my cheeks. Surprisingly smoother than a normal razor.
You learn a lot about your face. For instance, I learned that the hairs on my right cheek lay flatter than my left cheek, making it not feel as smooth as my left. Crazy.
I'm looking forward to getting used to this and eventually mastering it.
