    Unhappy Help please!!!

I'm trying to surprise my boyfriend by giving him a good quality straight razor for his birthday next month. I've been looking online but I'm beginning to get discouraged by the prices. Any suggestions about where I should look would be greatly appreciated.

P.s. I know nothing about these things

Pm Sent... we try not to discuss things like prices openly, but knowing a budget is a good start.

What sort of price range are you looking at?

I think you'd want to get a strop as well at the very least. It's a piece of leather/cloth used to keep the razor sharp.

Check out ruprazor.com. They have a $20 strop and some sub-$50 razors. In addition you can check out the classifieds here and look for razors in your range, just make sure that they're marked as "shave-ready" in the details.

EDIT: Dang you guys are fast.
