Thread: Finaly

Ordered a couple of gold dollars from Rup(thanks man). they finaly showed up, so I'm a coulple of shaves in with the 80 and it still is kinda freaky hearing the scrape you (apperantly)get with a hollow grind . First shave had 1 nick(saw it coming, knew it was going to happen, but couldn't stop it). second shave, no nick(yeah!!!!) a few light weepers. not the cleanist on the chin but the learning is going well I think.

side notes,

how do you identify razors. My new GD 80 has no markings as to what it is(So I only know because I bought it new)

Is anybody familar with "any man jack" products? I picked up a tube of their shaving cream, is it not the kind WE use or did I do something wrong(it didn't really whip up in the mug) will try again next shave.

Markings are usaully stamped on the blade along the jimps (if any).

I think you're doing fine . It took me about 4 months , before I got good results on my chin , and jawline .
