    Default where to get good new stright razor

    i new to all this so i been looking on vintage blade web site thing on getting one of the starter set is it a good idea are the good to go trough and the razer is a dovo 5/8 input would really help out

    yeah its a nice setup
    it also says the strops are induvidually replaceable wich is a plus if they offer replacement strops
    you may want to upgrade the strop to 3 inch some say its easyer to use

    oh and get the dvd while your there

    Welcome to SRP. I have and use several Dovo straights. They all give a very good shave. Even the inexpensive Dovo Best Quality gives a great shave ranking right up there with the Bergischer Lowe in quality of shave. I'm sure you will be very happy with any of the Dovo's. Just make sure that it has been pre-sharpened to shave ready statis.
