Thread: Cut :-(

So my friend came over when I was in the shower so I've done everything in a hurry including shaving.
So I cut myself for the first time after a few months of SR shaving.
It had to happen sooner or later, right?
Now I'm waiting for wound to heal and I have to say something I thought I'll never say...I miss shaving!

Not to be callous, but... The internet demands pictures!!

That being said () It happens to the best of us... And I am for from the best... Damn near took my ear off last week.. Left a good sized tear in the bottom/underside of my earlobe... That takes talent, and a complete disregard of procedure.

I still get them on occasion and when i do they are usually not small.

Usually happens when I am not paying attention and day dreaming about not going to work.

Call the boss and say "I cut myself," and go fishing.

It happens to us all. Besides, the ladies love a scar or two..!

That's right scars are sexy. Tell them you used to be a pirate.

Watch the pauses. When the blade stops moving and you are thinking about what to do next with the blade resting on your face that's often when you get cut.

Neosporin makes those cuts a thing of the past...quickly.

I've been wet shaving for about forty years and still cut myself all the time. I have uneven, scared skin that is easily nicked.
About the worst cut I've had lately was not from a straight, it was from my DE "safety" razor. Got to close to the ear and really got a nice little gash.

Good to know. I got nine stitches over my cheek bone from a confrontation with a "beverage" bottle. Although it was many years ago, the star shaped scar is still evident, although I think it is camouflaged a bit now by the wrinkles.
