    Default 1st razor arrived

I got the 1st razor that I purchased from Epay today. I think it was $15. Not too good of a pic but as soon as I get a brush and my other stuff arrives I will test it out.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I do not think that razor is going to work out for you.

Well, this is no great loss at 15 bucks so I can chalk it up to learning. I will file it away and when the others get here we'll see whats with those. The others I got were quite a bit nicer, a Peaso and a Case.

    welcome,

yeah the others are real razors made for shaving, so if they're in good condition they could be made useable.

Well, they looked like new in the pics and were lauded as 'fully restored and shave ready'. I can use the Selective to practice on the stones I hope to get soon.

When I was a newby, I foolishly ordered a razor with great looking scales. You know, one of those you see on eBay that comes in a red and black cardboard box. Not a total loss. I use it to cut open the packages my real razors come in.

I have a Case and it is one of my better shavers, seriously. It's a little 4/8 and when I take it out the whiskers scream, run to the opposite side of my face and tremble.

O.K. The new straights arrived today. Sorry about the pics I need a Macro and ring flash, any donations toward that would be appreciated.
