Thanked: 1Is it normal...
...for people honing razors to develop piebald arms at 1:59 local time in the morning, testing shaving the edges they're working on?
The Dubl Duck I bought earlier today is very shave ready, I think. I wish I hadn't shaved with my W&B earlier, I'll have to wait a couple of days to lather and hit my face with it.

Yep! I mix it up between my arms and legs so I dont end up with totally hairless arms..!
I've got a couple of bald spots on my arms at the moment, fortunately no ones noticed so far hehe!

My left arm is permanently piebald, has been for years! Not razors though (usually): chisels and plane irons.

I actually have discovered my ankle hair, it's easy to hide under my socks! LOL.

Just my left arm is mangy; I used to have bald patches everywhere....annoyed SWMBO no end. Much less of an issue since I developed more confidence in my honing and mostly wait for the HHT from a hair brush, now.

Way less than they used to be. I've gotten to the point where I can just touch the hair and feel the keenness without shaving patches.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I just test shave my bald eagle tattoo....
I usually don't get any comments about that...
