yea i have seen a few of them and from what i have seen they are just a little blade that is used for keeping womens eybrows neat, if its the same thing im thinking of . hope this helps

Those razors are for exfoliating and sculpting eyebrows on women...I offered to try this on my wife. She told me to shut up and pay attention to shaving her legs

I just got a razor that has to ge a regrind down from a broken razor, looks as if they abondoned the project and I ended up with it. About a 2" round point. After I get it sanded down and cleaned up I'll post it....
