Thanked: 66keep my 1st atr8 razor in its original mint condition box?
so far im enjoying str8 shaving...should I get one of those toothbrush looking holders..I have an SE handle with no holder and as well for my 1st str8 razor but plan someday to get another str8 razor when my 1str razor is getting honed

As long as your razor is totally dry after use you can put it wherever you like. As long as its protected is all that matters. If you start to accumulate more razors you will likely want some dedicated case to put them in.

I've got way too many to keep in the original boxes. If I only had a half dozen or so I would use a plastic silverware tray (for knives, forks, and spoons) that you can find in a supermarket or hardware and keep that in a drawer.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

+1 on the previous suggestions.
You can also get an inexpensive tootbrush stand to store your razor between shaves at Target. It will hold up to four str8 razors.Last edited by jhenry; 05-23-2010 at 07:33 PM.
