Thanked: 1I made a discovery today: The shavette can be a little like a puma on catnip at the best of times, but it really doesn't like surprises caused by other people and has a tendency to attack you if it unexpectedly finds you are being unfaithful to it by sharing the bathroom with someone else.
Got my first proper "cut" as a result, and the air went a funny shade of blue for about 10 seconds...

Thanked: 1Hi Jason,
Fellow Canadian here. Looks like you are progressing well. I would advise ditching the "unidentifiable Shopper's Brush" (I've seen exactly what you're talking about in-store) and get yourself a nice badger brush to build up a real, proper lather! In my opinion, you will notice a world of difference.

Thanked: 1I will try to get rid of it in time.
I think part of the problem is I don't feel like spending lots of money on something that you are not quite up to speed on - so less than $15 is a measly amount to get you off the ground. Having said that, a few $10 spent here and there is already paying off... Now all I have to do (going back to last post) is getting an early warning sign around the bathroom as a straight and surprises don't mix!
