Progress
I probably have about ten or so straight shaves under my belt now using a Dovo 6/8 Special round point. I have watched the shave tutorials dozens of times (Joel, Lynn, and others) and learned a lot. My shaves have gotten faster, smoother, and less painful overall. I am stropping with a Tony Miller latigo and it is working out quit nicely.

well done on reaching an early milestone. stick with it. I started shaving with a cut-throat in January. Still learning everyday

Glad to hear your progress. I have this razor as well and it does take an edge well and gives a nice forgiving shave.
You are on your way and doing well, thanks for shaving it with other!
