    Thumbs up She's FINALLY arrived!!

    Top picks are before total restoration, rehone and new G10 Carbon Fiber scales!...max!..did a great job!..My wife did the blade modeling!..lol

    This razor was originally given to my grandfather in law in Russia from him by a Red Army Russian Officer during WWII...this will DEFINITELY stay in out family to our "boys" who will use it!

    that was prettier than a pretty thing, pitty you couldn't keep the old scales though I'm a lover of the old...

    yea..i love original straight razor myself too..BUT..if u look closely at the top pics..u will see the letters on the scales were damaged and created sharp points which woulda hurt plenty..well...so long as my new razor gets passed down to me n my wife's boy's to use..thats all that matters ;-)

    Can you link me to said site, coz I have a blade mid restore and I am yet to find the perfect furniture. She came in ash but I am sure she deserves something a little more glamorous.

    Question Any info?

    I posted a "she's FINALLY here" post with pics of before and after..my wifes grandfather has no idea any details about his razor and Max told me it was a tad smaller than 5/8
