    It is when you think about how much per shave you're saving by simply rinsing with a bowl (about a half gallon per shave) instead of running your faucet (at least a couple gallons)

    I always just fill the basin in the vanity and leave the water off while I shave. I dip and swirl the blade to clean it off.

    I guess the plastic bowl might protect the blade a bit better, but I have yet to ruin one in the sink.

    Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.
