Thanked: 0Pruney Hands!
Hello everybody!! So I just started using a DE with the whole shaving oil and cream and use of the awesome little brush. I'm a female and it takes a little while to shave the legs. When I'm doing this I'm either in the shower or bath and because of how long it takes I get prune hands . I don't know about you all, but I don't like prune hands. For one thing it's annoying and for another it makes holding the DE feel very weird. Do any of you more experienced people have secrets to avoid this problem? Thanks in advance!

Thanked: 66Keep in mind...
DE handles are meant to be held straight..as apposed to a straight razor which is about 15 degrees or so on a mans face..but never the less..hold yer DE handle straight and go light..in time you will get better in practice then one day..graduate to a straight razor!
.....Isn't this what he we were all put on earth to do !?
Good Luck!

Thanked: 240I don't have first hand experiance but I've heard that rubbing your fingers on an alum block will help keep fingers dry for better grip while shaving might work for your whole hand... Hope this helps if not I hope someone with first hand experiance can reply with something more useful
