    Default Traveling on a plane with my razor

    Hi..i am traveling to sweden on monday,,,

    I want to take my razor with me in my luggage.. is this legal?

    I wouldnt want airport security to take that away from me...

    I don't know about check-in for sure, but I imagine as long as you don't carry-on you'd be fine.

    I routinely carry a straight in my travel kit, in a checked bag.

    Checked baggage. Packed securely.

    For international flight where your baggage will probably be opened and screened, I'd suggest putting the razor into some sort of case that can be taped shut and then labeled clearly with something to the effect of "Sharp, Shaving Razor, Careful"

    I've had no issues with sharps that were in my checked luggage.

    Be sure to store it in checked baggage, I havent had a problem so far.
