    Default Any good?

I have 3 vintage razors, that I think will be good razors once they are honed. However I'm a noob and really don't know much. I don't even know how to post pictures. I might work on that this weekend. Anyway, I need to know if any of these are worth getting honed. I try to describe them.
#1 I really like the blade on this one. The handle is nice but seems a little flimsy. The handle a yellowed plastic of some type with a grain with a woman's face with hair standing straight up on top and flowing down the sides the whole length of the handle. The blade I like. It's six inches from tip of blade to tip of tang. The actual blade is 3" by 9/16th". On the tang on one side it says Germany, with an R under it. The other side says Antelope on the blade and Diamond Steel under that. The tang on that side says Antelope, and has a 16 stamped .

#2 This one has a white plastic handle that has fancy carvings on it. Although they were probably molded in when the scales were made. The blade on one side says Trade Mark with an alligator chasing a man with "race" written over their heads. On the tang of the same side it says Faris & Sargus with New York under that. On the end of the tang a # 25 . This one is a little under 6" total with a 2 3/4" blade x 5/8" wide. It has no markings on the other side of the blade.

#3 Plain white plastic handle with grain. Looks like imitation ivory. Blade 6" total. Actual cutting edge is 3" by 9/16". On the left side of the blade I can hardly make out HOLLOW GROUND in big letters. on the tang it has K and a 746 and Keen Kutter. The other side of the tang says Simmond Howe Co., MFRS & Distributors. USA.

All the blades look to be in fine shape except for honing. Are any of these worth getting honed? I hope all because I like them all. Sorry for the long post. Thank You All.

    PICS!

Pics would definately help here. From your description they sound like good razors, but it would be much easier to make a call if we could see them.

Failing that send them to one of the pro's and they'll give you an honest opinion and hone them for you as well.

    Good luck!

Sorry, I just looked at the terminology and wherever I said Tang, I meant Shank.
    Sorry

Tony, upload your photos on your computer. Hit reply to this thread and when the text box comes up scroll down below it and you'll see 'manage attachments'. Click that and another window pops up, click on 'browse' and a window will come up to let you navigate to your files. Go to the files where your photos are and select one. In the lower right of the window click 'open'. You'll have to use a separate 'browse' for each photo. Scroll to the right and you'll see a tab that says 'upload'. Click that and your photos will be posted.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Keen Kutters are good razors and are also collectable in their own right. Does it have the Keen Kutter logo on it any where or just the name.

Ya know what they say about a picture and 1000 words.

If you were a veteran at this we could assume more based on your description but being new what seems like a good blade may or not be.

It has the name. The blade may of had the logo. I can hardly see a big HOLLOW GROUND on the blade and there may have been a logo between the two words, but I can't tell.
