Is that a good razor?
Hello
I just bought a straight off ricardo.ch (that's like an ebay for non-european union, ultra protectionist economy switzerland) for 60 bucks! (swiss franks = pretty much 1:1 to us dollar these days).
Rasiermesser Kayser Ellison & co's Sheffield Silver Steel bei ricardo.ch
looks good, doesn't it? it's from a guy who sells other razors too, he restores them, hones them etc. he said it's honed, stropped and shave ready. we'll see about that.
what do you guys think? worth my $$$?

Do you know if it is rescale or original? If it is really shave ready it is worth the price you paid for it IMHO.'That is what i do. I drink and i know things'

IME Kayser Ellison steel is good stuff. Should be a good one.

Agreed with sailor..so long as it is as original and clean as can be..plus shave ready..I would send it to a honemeister just in case cause
