Did the same thing with my Mom's safety razor when I was 4 or 5, although in my case it didn't totally stop the stupidity. A couple of years later I had the "just because the range-top eye is black doesn't mean it's not hot" experience, and a few months ago I had the "it's best to not put one's thumb behind the slide of a pistol" experience. Thanked: 43I moved my hand with the blade while simultaneously moving my free hand in a ballet of doom. I watched the drops of blood turn into a trickle and start to circle around the drain.
It hurt like hell and bled for close to an hour. I used pressure and ice and nasal spray to stop the bleeding. I'll admit if I were still using a Fusion this wouldn't have happened. Of course, if this had been a Fusion I'd still be a shave zombie, getting the shave over with quickly, rubbing the oily gel over my skin and walking around with 5 o'clock shadow by noon.
We just try and try again.
