    They are coded with Xvid codec, for smallest size. Let the media player update online, or download the XviD or DivX codec from the net. There is a plan to redo them in something more familiar...

    xvid may be downloaded here.
    Alternatively, the much more comprehensive decoder ffdshow can be downloaded here. FFDShow is abit more advanced, however. It's what I use and its decoding libraries decode 45 or so different video compressions.
