    Default Newbie here visits Imperial Shaving!

    Hello all, I recently got the "itch" to join the world of straight razors and with a little research I found this wonderful site. I can finally say I'm lucky to reside in Ohio. Imperial Shaving is a little over an hours drive! I decided to take a trip this evening. The store is beautiful! Needless to say I'm the proud owner of a new Dovo setup. Don was a great deal of help and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend the road trip. I will be positing some Youtube videos of my purchase/experience within the next few days and hope to have follow-up videos throughout my newest hobby Thanks again Don!

    O Lucky Man!

    It would seem to be a good time to be in Ohio at the moment. Unfortunately that's a trip that is not in my forseeable future.

    (PS - yes, the statement at the top is an allusion to the 70's Malcolm McDowell movie of the same name.... it seems appropriate, but who would spot that one?)

    It was awesome. I cannot wait to go back. I'm itching to buy another but I want to get a little better at shaving before I do so. It's been years since I straight shaved so...

    Did they have a big selection of Livi razors?

    Everything I saw was pretty much Dovo. I think they had a few but I was also there just a few days after they opened. I'm sure they have more now.

    Actually I'm pretty positive they had a few in the front case.
