For me the only thing that matters is how it shaves. After all, isn't that what we bought it for? But I do understand the desire to have a razor pass the HHT. Most of the time mine don't, so I gave up on trying. I think the issue is the type of hair my wife and I have, fairly fine. So maybe that is the issue. There are too many variables associated with the HHT to be used consistently by everyone.
