When I went there a couple of months ago, the owner said they were new to straights. I don't think I'd have them try honing.

i was told they can do complete restoration.. and i believe the guy i talked to was the owner.

There is a few of us who live around Glendale, Pasadena, that can probably hone your straight. I have honed about 25 razors, and hone my own personal razors, so i can give it a shot if ya want.
