    Default emde razor

    Hi, Could anyone tell me about a straight razor that I have. The blade says SILBER STAHL and EMDE Solinger. The S is Solinger is like a 3. The box that I have with it says Made from the best SANSSOUCI SILVER STEEL. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Gebrüder Emde, Solingen-Weyer in 1925 and 1928, Deusbergerstrasse 69 in 1939. Open-blade razor maker.
    Friedrich Emde, Solingen, Kanalstrasse 51 in 1922, 1925 and 1939. Brand name: 'Esposos'. Open-blade razor maker.

    my guess would be the first one but without more info its ur call. your blade seems to be frowning a bit and a tad over honed. you might be able to sharpen it up, idk
