My dominant hand is my left hand, but that's neither here nor there. Fact is, I just started using my right hand shaving one day and little by little it starts to feel more natural until you don't even notice when you're shaving with your passive hand! Even stranger is the fact that I actually get closer shaves on the side of my face shaved by my non-dominant hand. Go figure.

You can train your less dominant hand. E.g. only by the less dominant hand to write, it does not look at the beginning but it goes fast. Try to do as much to do with that hand.
You'll see it works

Thanked: 0When I started straight shaving, I was actually surprised by how GOOD I was with my non-dominant (left) hand.
I suspect that not having used a straight razor in EITHER hand before was an advantage, as I had no expectations about how it should feel.
Basically, it was almost as awkward to use in my right hand as it was my left!!
