Thread: Canadian Honemeisters!

Hey all,
i need to get in touch with a honemeister who resides in or around edmonton, or alberta, or wherever to put a "shave ready" edge on my Colonel Conk razor.

if anyone has any names or any information I would greatly appreciate it!

I wouldn't say there are any honemiesters right in this area...lol. I know that Ryan82 and myself both hone our own razors. I've never had one proffessionally honed, so I sent one off to Glen (gssixgun) as per his very generous offer, a bit ago and am anxiously awaiting it's return so I can see if i'm in the ballpark with my honing Maybe once I get it back I can offer some assistance to you

No that 35 miles makes a huge difference Man, Canada is way colder LMAO

I hone all my own stuff as well. I've been meaning to send something to Glen so that I have a benchmark to work from as well, but haven't gotten around to it in the last couple of years.

If you just can't wait for something to get mailed out for honing, shoot me a pm and we'll see what can happen.
