Razor: Dovo Prima Klang (extra hollow ground)
Strop: SRD 3" black latigo with SRD 3" Primium Fabric

This is something that a new strop will do.
Ignore it or wipe it off the spine with tissue paper.

The surface of the new black latigo will have a little
extra oil/wax/fuzz at first and that is what you
are seeing.

It sounds all good at this keyboard.
