Thread: Beginer Shavers

My best friend and I bought two straight razors off of ebay I have recieved mine a Krusius Brothers KB Extra 67 bone handle $16 off ebay. This razor came honed (not stroped) and shaves awsome. I have been pretty successful only knicked myself 3 times. Straight razor shaving came easily for me because I have used soap for the three years ive been shaving and I strop all of my knife blades. Are there any tips for my friend and I? my friend bought a J.A. Henckels straight razor for 15$. Can you date my razor it was sold for $2 originally. Can you give me. Qualities of these razors?
