Thanked: 1" Celebrated" ???
I see some razors with the word celebrated on them. Wade & Butcher were the first one I seen them on and thought it was one of their brand names, but I see it on other makers razors as well. Is "celebrated" a type of razor?

The company named Boker has a straight razor called the "Celebrated", think it is a 7/8? Heres a link, hope this helps.

Ya know, I never really stopped and thought about it. I imagine the actual blade was a really good seller, so they stamped "Celebrated" on it? That's just a guess. The description for the new Boker Celebrated says that particular razor was the most popular one of Bokers.

That is most likely Skippy in my mind any way, if it were popular then well why not celebrate lol I know the Bokers are a revamp of an old blade line they had up and going before WW2 so.

It's a type of marketing, not razor.

Some generic Thuringian hones were called "celebrated waterhones".

Back in the late 19cent and early 20th several brands had these sayings on them. I know Torrey was famous for them and some Genco's have them and of course some of the English razors too.
