    Default 2 shaves in

    And one nicked earlobe... .
So I've been shaving just my sideburns and cheeks, using an injector to finish up the rest.

The biggest surprise to me so far is how much my hands get in the way, and how much I like the whole experience.

Smart shaving just the "easy" portions of your face to start. If your hands seem to be getting in the way try using both hands. Right hand for right side and left hand for left side. Take your time, go slow, and I think you'll find switching hands is a big help, and I'm not ambidextrous by any means.

Oh, yeah. A lot of cuts come from "resting" the blade on your face. If the blade stops all it takes is a very small movement to the side to cut yourself. Keep the blade moving and lift it off your face at the end of the stroke.

I nicked my earlobe as well around shave 10 when i wasn't fully concentrating on shaving.... It bled a lot.

    Keep practicing and have fun.

I must be a slow learner. It took me 70 shaves to get my earlobe, but I got it pretty good. People have been asking me if I plan on getting my ear pierced.

Congratulations on your ear-lop. I have done it a couple times it comes with the learning curve. What did you cut it with?

    Also Welcome to SRP
