First shave for Kit... a new member
This evening was a first for me. One of our new members, Kit, came over to my home for his very first straight razor shave.
He actually believed that I knew what I was doing!
He had all the gear necessary so we went thru the steps of stropping the razor, beard prep, and shaving. He did very well for the first time, no cuts or nicks! So here are some picks

With the retractable mirror and the lights, that looks like a great set-up. I've got the same mirror, but when I rehang it in my new place (no, no home yet) I'm going to hang it upside down so the stem doesn't get in my way any more.
Good job with the n00b! You easily go above and beyond the call with skype sessions and personal visits, Randy and for that you deserve ... A Gold Star!
