Wink Complete WTG shave on my entire face!

I did a complete shave WTG and a few strokes ATG and XTG. Clean face! I followed Lynn's most excellent advice and really enjoyed it! No blood loss! I did use some of my old can shave cream because I still need to practise and work on my lather technique. I am so satisfied with the results and the wife seems pretty happy with that BBS smoothness I got goin on now! Thanks for this excellent forum. I have also made a razor purchase from one of the guys here and can't wait to try that out!

    That's awesome!
It truly is a feeling of accomplishment when you get that sweet sweet smoothness the Straight can give.
Keep at it, with proper lather and an even more refined technique you will be amazed at just how great it can be!!

Yeah, a good WTG shave is great. No razor burn, not completely smooth but it is a super great feeling. I get a great shave when I shave every three days. Any sooner than that, I tend to break out or get a little rashy, but hey thats just me. Goodluck with an ATG, kind of difficult aspecially for a while. I have only been doing this for about 5 months now, so if that tells you anything.....like I have alot to learn...haha. Well anyways enjoy.

Congrats! Had a bad experience with my first XTG shave and haven't been back yet. Been straight shaving for about 2 months now. The chin is so hard!
I'm a sucker for a stamped tail. Giggity.
