Fifth Shave.
So fourth shave was amazing! No cuts, no razor burn! It was time for the fifth shave today... I shaved my whole face. No hair left on any part of it, and there were little cuts all around my chin and my neck. What the heck????!!!

Congratulations, I guess
The small cuts probably are from too much pressure, or too steep an angle?
You are gliding a very sharp blade along your skin, too much pressure or too hard and angle can create razor burn or small nicks. Short careful strokes will reduce the chance for such mishaps. Let your skin heal, then at it again, carefully.
Best of luck.

It's the razor's way of reminding you that it is the boss. After four months, I was feeling like I was finally in charge of my shaves and this morning my spike point Red Imp 132 bit me. Nothing deep or serious but just a little reminder like your experience.
Just keep on going and concentrate on "lightness." it will all come together.
Happy Shaving!

The chin is difficult compared to the other areas of your face. Remember that pressure and angle combined produce a very delicate dance. You should be using minimal pressure anyway, but when you increase the angle, especially around the chin, back off to just about nothing in pressure. Cuts are part of the learning process and tend to occur just when you are thinking that you are getting it. Cuts are like speed bumps, warning you to stay slow and back off on pressure. Look at it this way: you really can't do much damage with 0 pressure, so get as close to that as you can.
