Warning: Don't get too comfy!
I've been shaving with a straight, but with replaceable blades, for 10 years. I thought I learned my lesson 4 years ago when I was in a rush and somehow (clumsy) swiped the blade across 3 of my fingers. I think it stopped bleeding yesterday lol
Anyway, a couple of weeks ago I switched over to the real thing. After my first shave I thought "hey, so much better, but I'm already an expert as far as shaving with a straight is concerned!" Though somewhat true, just this morning, cleaning my blade I swiped a finger!
This time, however, it was like a warning. No blood, just skin! Here's a pic below, it's kinda gross. But I just wanted to remind everyone (specially the other noobs) how we can somewhat get too comfortable. Just remind yourself how sharp it is eeeeevery single time
Here's the gross (but cooool) pic! Take care lol

Nice razor! Glad you did not really cut yourself. There is an important lesson here: One must be very careful while shaving one's fingers

Str8fencer, you had me laughing for some time with that comment! Birnardo, hopefully, that's the last warning I need! Thanks for the compliments on the razor gentlemen! It's my traditional straight and I absolutely love it. Going for a 5/8, fh or singer, square point next. Don't know when... but, of course, don't hesitate to suggest!
