    Default Stropping a Japanese Razor

Can anyone advise me on stropping a Japanese Kamisori razor?
Is it any different than stropping a regular straight?
I know honing one is tricky, but first things first.
    Thanks,

I had this same question when I started using a Kamisori. It wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that one might want to strop with more strokes on one side than the other, as you do when honing a kamisori. I suppose that would work ok, but the standard procedure is to strop just like you would with a western style straight. The only tricky part is that when you strop you need to angle the razor on one side so that the bevel actually makes contact with the strop. That part is very obvious when you are holding the razor.
