Thanked: 0Expanding neck hairline...
Ok, here is the deal.
I dont know exactly what the cause is, but for some odd reason, my upper lips hair and my nose hair have sort of "joined" between the nostrils in recent times...meaning that I gotta shave right into the Nose Cave's entrance and well, its kinda tricky and sometimes I go out and while looking in the review miror, I see that I hadnt got it right and well it looks comical...
Another thing is the hair line on my neck seems to be increasingly heading lower towards my chest, and I am reluctant to shave cause I feel that it is the shaving that is causing the hairline to expand..I have since started using a mechanism that pulls the Neck hair out from the root...painful but effective..
advice needed on the nose issue, and on how to curb neck Hairline from completely turning me into a werewolf ( Is it the shaving that caused the problem? )
Thanks alot

Thanked: 46Well for one, shaving won't cause you hair line to move up, down or sideways. That's just a result of getting older and living with testosterone. As for the errant nose hair ... sorry, same thing. From one lycanthrope to another, you're just gonna have to get used to scraping off the stuff you specifically don't want and ignore the rest or it will bankrupt you trying to keep on top of it.

Ah yes, the problems of aging
MickRussell is right. Shaving will not affect your hairline one bit.
I have my mustache area growing all the way up to my nostrils as well.
You will eventually get the Coupe d'Matre down and that will take care of most of it.
In addition I shave sideways in towards the nostrils, and with a good stretch of the area I can actually get to very edge of that entrance so to speak.
The rest is handled with electric nose hair trimmersBjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

Thanked: 46Alas, that it not the case with me. While I don't have to worry about anything receding, I do dread the full moon.

Ahhhhhhh, the glories of age!!! I feel your pain. The only hair that ISN'T getting longer, thicker, and generally more bothersome on me is on my head. Were I to go 2 weeks without shaving, mine would start just below my eyes and wouldn't even slow down until it got to my toes. I always said that I should do that one year and go as the wolfman for halloween
The best advice I can give is to just get accustomed to the new way of doing things...hopefully you're not dealing with ear hairs that grow like kudzu after a dose of Miracle Gro like I am. I have to shave my ears every time I shave!!!
Good luck to you

I can still see a difference in my mustache and nose hair but my neck hair goes down to the jugular notch. Also I do shave my ears about once a week. And I feel the nostril thing will come, in time. And I'm not even 40 yet.
