Do you have towel bars in your bathroom? Just tie it on to one of those for use.
I have a shelving unit in my bedroom for my shaving stuff and I just keep my strops attached to one side so I can easily use them.

I fastened an eyelet screw underneath my bathroom countertop, which of course I use to attach my strop. It's slightly below waist level, giving me the perfect stropping angle. Works a charm, highly recommended.

I would suggest that you consider attaching a thong to it and store it somewhere else then hang it on a door knob when in use.

I would suggest not using one if your wife's if you want to keep her happy. Perhaps a leather string (aka thong) or a piece of para cord.

The what, the bathroom, that’s a bit boring isn’t it? How can anyone admire your strop if it is so tucked away?
