Group buys have to be sanctioned by the staff here and pretty much controlled by us. If you have an idea contact a mod. otherwise, if you just want to use a PM to contact members about a private buy you can do that.

They don't come up that often but when they do they are prominently advertised on the site. Think of it as incentive to check the site often.
