Yep, they do. They're typically 4/8 and can be found pretty easy on say ebay.
There just aren't that many stainless steel razors. I am trying to remember which brand was the sheffield one I had, that was quite nice too.

Honing stainless can take fractionally longer due to its abrasion resistance but even high Rockwell carbon steels can be challenging.
No reason to avoid either.The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
