Thread: Too much preshave oil??

Is there such a thing? I feel that obviously when my scruff is shorter i will use less. But after not shaving for a weekish I feel that i need a ton to get an even slick coat/feeling.


Any insight?

Too much oil can kill your lather. Whenever I use oil, which is not very often anymore, I use no more than a couple of drops as a little goes a very long way.

Now that i think about it my lather with is a cream with a touch of soap on the brush, has been looking a little sloppier on my face. Maybe Ill lay off the oil and see how is looks.
