Thread: :y It just keeps getting better every day!

Think I'm about 7 shaves in and it just keeps getting better every time. Tonight started off with a nice hot shower along with a sea salt scrub and this time I included some conditioner from lush which comes in a solid bar puck. I made some uber lather with c.o. Bigelo cream, glycerin and bald frog soap. While I let that sit in some hot water I figured I'd use a stream towel which was quite nice I must say. Three passes with the friodur and once again straight BBS! Finally I finished off with some cade after shave balm from L' Occitane that I purchased yesterday which was quite nice, love the smell! I honestly think my cartridge razor will never again touch my face seeing how great my shaves are turning out.

I'm still having a little trouble with my atg pass on the chin and neck below my jaw but it's improving. Still getting one or two small weepers which I attribute to blemishes or small pimples but no irritation at all. Definitely noticing my speed is improving as my confidence grows, as well as the overall comfort of my passes. I'm finding the more confidant I am with my stroke the easier the razor passes over my skin along with more hair being removed and comfort.

All in all I'm having a great time. I do however find myself wanting to purchase every soap, cream, after shave balm, razor, anything and everything. Soon I'm going to run out of room which I fear is going to lead to addition of a dedicated shave den to the house. I never thought I'd have so much fun performing such a simple necessary task but I just can't get enough!
