Yeah, just wait until you've done 13 shaves! Then you'll be a real expert, like me
Stick with it, be patient and you will be rewarded. I have noticed a huge improvement in my first dozen shaves and I still have so much more to learn. My advice, as a fellow learner, is to not try to do too much, too soon.

Thanked: 0i tried everything today and nothing happend i check my angle went slow light pressure and not hair cutting, Some little hairs were coming off but no obvious stubble removal. Im not to sure i find have i have to put more pressure to get anything removed my face burns hahaha

Your face burns because you're using excess pressure. As I said before you're razor is not sharp if it doesn't cut hair.
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Thanked: 0indeed well my face is fairly tough i heal in less then a day if i keep moisturizing my face. Just going to grow some more stumble out and try tomorrow hopfully good results will come if not o well just more practise.

All the advice in this thread is great advice ! I also think your blade might not be sharp enough . Can you please tell us about your blade ? What brand of razor is it ? Was it honed at the factory ? Did you hone it yourself ? Did a knife shop hone it for you ? This information will help us help you . We want you to get great shaves , and we're here to help you do it .
