BadgerAndBlade Forum Question

Has anyone else run into problems trying to join the BadgerAndBlades forum? I have tried joining under two separate email accounts and never receive the activation e-mails needed to activate either account. Thus, I am unable to post or reply to messages. Multiple e-mail messages to the site admin have gone unanswered. Just curious. It looks like a good forum, especially for DE information and discussions.

Blasphemer! Just kidding of course, I am not a member of that other forum, so I can't help you there. But on THIS forum, there is a section dedicated to DE's. Have you looked throuh the the DE forum yet? It may just surprise you to know that quite a few members here use DE's in addition to straights. Post any questions you have and I sure the members here would be more than willing to help you out.

Ha! You know, I debated whether to post the question or not fearing I might get death threats or something for referring to another forum. :-) But, I thought I might find someone who was a member there that may be able to help.

I'll check out the DE section here, too.

I don't contribute AT ALL over there but I have gotten some good deals in their B/S/T I did try to check out their wiki the other day and it as well has been down. I just feel like I'm cheating on a GF when I'm over there!! :-P

We all have to go where we feel comfortable. I haven't been active over there in a few years. I like it over here. No idea why you're not getting the activation. Maybe some of the admins are busy what with the holidays.

I have had the exact same problem so I no longer go there. waste of time after three emails to help fix it I found SRP.

I haven't been a regular of there in some time. I much prefer SRP and The Shave Den. I'm one of those here who is into DE's and straights and the only problem is regretting that I have but one face to shave!

Have you checked your spam folder? You may even have to go online to your email providers webmail (if they have one) to see if there is a junk/spam folder which the activation email has been tossed into.

Having been banned from there when they had a mass clear out of members of a British forum (although I subsequently had an apology from Joel) I don't use the place, but I appreciate that in life its often necessary to make ones own mistakes.
