Saying Hi

Evening all,
Just saying Hi, I've not been shaving for sometime and have been sporting a 2 mm stubble...I've started again and have up to now been using a Remington micro screen and occasional remedial wet shaves using a cheap cartridge razor. I also head shave using the Remington, but a straight maybe the way to go in the future here too. I though maybe the trad method might be good to try and master as think in these days of high tech, the old methods are actually better..the wheel's round , always had been..no matter how many bells and whistles you put on it...

I've bought a Wade and Butcher which should arrive shortly. I'll be sending it off to be honed by a professional, and also bought a cheap one to make a start.

I'm really looking forward to this as it'll make me take time....and make haste slowly if the needs be. Too much in modern life makes us rush about. Time to slow down,..I look forward conversations here in the near future,
