    Noooo That is not a razor that can be described as being in decent shape.

    You always have to consider any honing or restoration fees when buying & anyone who would restore that razor for $30 or less would be doing you a big favor rather than being paid for their time. Even if it were resurrected at best you would end up with a trimmer as it would not likely shave as it was intended to.
    Unfortunately "Toast" is a good description for that razor.
    The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
