Default Question regarding where I am purchasing razor

Hi everyone - I had a quick question (if anyone knows) about the place that I am ordering my straight razor from online.

The link is: Vintage Blades LLC*::*Straight Razor Sets*::*Basic Straight Razor Sets*::*Basic Straight Razor Set - Dovo Ebony "Silver Steel"

So, the website URL is VINTAGEBlades, so, is this razor new or used? Is anyone familiar with the website/company?

If they are vintage/refurbed, is this such a bad thing?

It appears the razor you are looking at is new.

Just contact the seller and he'll tell you.

Jim sells mostly new production razors, but he does have a selection of vintage razors as well. I suppose he calls his shop "Vintage Blades" because it refers to the types of razors he sells (straights, DE's), not the age or condition. Either way, he's a trusted vendor so you shouldn't have any problems dealing with him or his products.

Yeah, just give Jim a call tomorrow. He will explain everything.

But the item you linked to is new. All his vintage blades are in a well-marked section of his site.
