Hi everyone,

I dont know if this is the right section to post this but my online dealer that sold me my 1st two blades is www.classicedge.ca/. I sent him a email on monday with a question and on tuesday i noticed that his website was no more and he never replyed to my email. Has anyone here got some information on the store? maybe its just the website that has technical issues ? still he would of replyed to my email , his email is a gmail account.

Not to long ago, I sent Phil a couple of razors to hone. As we corresponded over a short period of time there we several e-mails that were dropped and had to resend them. Glad to see that he is fixing the problem as He and Jane are really stand up people. I'm sure that he will be back shortly after worked is finished on the server or whatever. Phil is really a good guy and "buddy" he can dang sure hone a razor ! Sure it is just temporary..................He treats all of his customers with utmost respect and dignity.

The site should be back today at some point.

You chose your supplier well, they are incredibly nice and accommodating. If you want try another avenue to contact them, try sending a private message to the user goodtann, that's the alias they go by on here.
