    Default Post Shave Help

Comes for me when I use what is left in the brush after the shave. As soon as I finish I set the razor down and face lather. I leave this on for the brief time it takes to clean my blade, bowl, and wash rag. Then rinse with warm water, stypic if needed, and then the "witch". Seems to leave my face better conditioned.

Yes, after finishing my shave , I relather my face with the left over soapand leave it on as I start my clean up. ~ 3-4 mins. Seems to help any scraps that I might have done. If menthol, feels nice on the skin.

Yep I re-lather and then use a hot towel over it and then rinse with cold water.

I have not tried that but than again I don't have issues after a shave. Wash off and splash with Theyer's witchhazel... off to work I go

I've never tried putting the leftover lather on to use it up. I suppose it's a better thing to do than just rinsing out the bowl and wasting it. I have very sensitive skin so my aftershave routine must be incredibly meticulous.

For my post shave routine I usually:

    1. Rinse face & Neck area with hot water to get rid of "visible" later leftover.
    2. Rub face & Neck area with hot water + soap to make sure lather doesn't remain on skin and clog pores
    3. Splash / Rinse face & Neck area with very cold water to close pores.
    4. Run alum block over shaven area
    5. Rinse again with cold water & then apply Proraso aftershave splash
    6. Waft dry with towel
    7. Apply Proraso Sensitive skin (New Formula) pre shave cream
    8. Immediately following 7. I apply Lab series razor burn relief over where I know my skin is most sensitive.
    9. After this all soaks in I finish Edwin Jagger Aloe Vera sensitive skin aftershave balm
    10. Lastly, I put on colognes and or dab of pinaud aftershave on sides of neck area.
